Building a strong client relationship

All my shoes are peeling off. I got these shoes at a very high price from Kampala, thinking it is leather.
I just can’t get it.
Many times we get unhappy customers, but it is important to listen  rather than become defensive
Calm down ma, have a sit.
I’m sorry that you sound disappointed, but i would like to go step by step.
How about we start from how you clean your shoes.
I’m a busy person, by the time I reach home, Iam exhausted  watching how shoes are being cleaned is totally not possible.
Oh, I understand, as a seller is supposed to educate you not only on how to take care of your shoes, but also how to protect it from humidity.
We are a tropical country and thus very humid.
Always ask for how to care for your shoes at the point of sale.
Soaking shoes not only weakens the gum that joins shoes but those shoes will most likely  be worn while damp and cause for stinky feet.
Some keep shoes in high humidity points like under the bed. It is ideal to Invest in a shoe rack.
You will appreciate your space better, be more organised and your shoes will safe.
lastly polish all polishable shoes.
Polish itself forms a protective layer over your shoes keeping you classy, elegant and enjoying your shoes for a long period.
Buying from a legitimate brand goes a long way to save your wallet
I hope shoe lover pick a leaf
